The inclusion of two pump cylinders is a great feature, though we’d have preferred one that was longer instead of simply wider. The larger 2.75-inch cylinder focuses on girth, while the 2.25-inch version provides a more traditional fit. Both measure 9 inches in length and offer incremental measurement markings to track progress during each session.

The hand trigger pump performs well, offering responsive, controlled pressure with minimal effort. However, it’s made from cheap plastic with a metallic finish, so while it looks sleek, it’s not the most durable. The rubber hose is also on the short side and feels inexpensive, though it connects neatly to a clever valve system at the top of each cylinder.

This valve mechanism is one of the best design touches. It allows you to detach the hose without losing pressure, and there’s a small black push button built into the valve that lets you gradually release pressure in a controlled and comfortable way, without reattaching the trigger.

Both cylinders are made from a thicker grade of plastic than cheaper alternatives, helping them feel more stable under vacuum pressure. The slightly flanged and rounded base improves comfort and helps create a tighter, more even seal at the base of the penis during use.

Overall, the Maximum Results™ Pump Set delivers solid functionality for its price. It’s not perfect – the hose and trigger materials could be better – but the smart valve design, thicker cylinders, and pressure-release control make it one of CalExotics’ more practical manual pump kits.
