What you’ll see on your bank statement
Your payment won’t show up with “WhichPenisPump” spelled out. Instead, your charge will appear as coming from either WPP or VOISD.

No item details on your statement
Your bank or card statement will show a simple transaction line (merchant name and amount). It won’t list product names or anything that gives the purchase away.

Plain, unbranded packaging
Every order ships in plain packaging with:
- No logos
- No marketing
- No reference to WhichPenisPump.com
- No wording that hints at what’s inside
In other words: it looks like a normal parcel, because it is.
Protective packaging that doesn’t draw attention
We use solid shipping materials designed to protect your order in transit (so it doesn’t arrive crushed or damaged), while still keeping everything unmarked and discreet.
What the shipping label may show
Depending on which shipping provider or partner is closest and best placed to fulfil your order, the sender name can vary.
In some cases, the sender may appear on the shipping label – but here’s the important part:
- The sender name will be discreet
- It will not reference WhichPenisPump.com
- It will not reflect the type of products sold
- It will look like a normal fulfilment/shipping entity (not something that raises eyebrows)

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $59. This minimum order value must be met after any coupons or discounts are applied, but before taxes are added.
Shipping options
We currently offer two shipping options (delivery times are business days after dispatch):
- $12.99 — 5–7 business days (after dispatch)
- $19.99 — 3–5 business days (after dispatch)
Address Accuracy & Reshipping Fees
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If a package is shipped to the wrong address due to a customer entry error, we reserve the right to charge an additional $9.00 to reship the order to an updated address.

A couple of simple tips some customers use:
- Ship to a workplace (if that’s comfortable for you)
- Use a parcel locker / pickup location where available
- Choose an address where you know someone will be in, so it’s not left outside
