The cylinder uses an interesting split design, where part of the tube contains compressible silicone. That section can be pressed down against the groin area to generate pressure manually, which works as a backup method, but the electric hand pump is the smoother and more practical way to run sessions.

Instead of putting a motor on the cylinder, pressure is created by a separate handheld electric pump connected by a hose. This design choice pays off in water use: keeping the motor unit separate reduces weight on the cylinder, which matters once the pump is filled with water. The trade-off is that a hose is never as clean as an all-in-one build, especially in tight shower spaces.

The handheld unit has textured grip for better control when wet. The manual also gives clear handling guidance for bath use, including keeping the handheld pump above the waterline while the cylinder is submerged. It also covers basics like connecting the hose to the “IN” valve and using the release valve before removing the cylinder.
